NUSA LEMBONGAN WEATHER IS GREAT YEAR ROUND with 6am sunrise and 6pm sunsets. dry season is MARCH TO NOVEMBER when THERE IS VERY LITTLE OR NO RAIN AND THE GENTLE BREEZE KEEPS THE ISLAND COOL YET COMFORTABLY WARM. FROM LATE NOVEMBER TO BEGININING OF MARCH IS THE RAINNY SEASON BUT LEMBONGAN ISLAND RECEIVES WAY LESS RAIN THAN MAINLAND BALI. EXPECT A HEAVY DOWNPOUR EVERY COUPLE OF DAYS FOR AN HOUR AND THEN IT’S BACK TO TROPICAL SUNSHINE!
Nusa Lembongan weather and sea temperatures vary through out the year with rainy season having typical tropical sea temperatures in the high 20’s however in the main busy dry season waters around Lembongan and Penida do drop significantly to the low 20’s and even high teens!! If you are thinking about spending any lenght of time in the sea for surfing, snorkelling or diving it’s worth bringing thermal protection.
