About Yoga Teacher

British born Elizabeth Gralle discovered yoga 17 years ago coming from a dance performance background. Having lost both her parents in her late teens she found the practice of yoga extremely healing, nourishing and supportive. Elizabeth teaches dynamic vinyasa yoga asana and yin yoga.

Elizabeth has been practicing yoga for 17 years teaching for 12 years and for the past 7 years  leading retreats around Europe and South East Asia too. Constantly inspired by music, dance and love, freedom, art and film…

I like to help individuals carve their own paths and be able to express and open up their own unique joy within, through asana and practice. Exploring The Space Within and Around the Physical Body. Developing a relationship with the earth and sky

Yoga Teacher, Yin/Yang Yoga Retreat

With  a background in ashtanga vinyasa ballet contemporary dance hatha yoga and more recently yin yoga yoga therapy and forrest yoga, Elizabeth teaches from the heart and continues to learn off students both beginners and advanced on a daily basis.

Background in working with disabilities, sports people dancers, injuries and anybody else in between.

You should leave this retreat with a wealth of new information about your body and mind and more clarity within your practice

She believes that a yoga practice should be nourishing and supportive for the individual practicing.

And that yoga is all about authenticity and honouring our paths.
